JAC Group, one of China’s major automotive manufacturers, and Brembo, a global leader in braking solutions, signed a strategic cooperation agreement on February 5 aimed at strengthening long-term collaboration and driving innovation across future vehicle platforms.
The agreement marks a significant milestone for both companies, laying the foundation for a broader partnership built on a shared commitment to bring to market the latest technology for next generation mobility. Through this partnership, Brembo and JAC Group will work together to deliver enhanced braking technologies and advanced software solutions that meet the evolving needs of the Chinese automotive market.
Xiang Xingchu, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman and General Manager of JAC Group Holding Company, stated: “Brembo is a global leader in braking technology and a trustworthy partner. The signing ceremony was held on February 5 in JAC Group headquarters in Hefei, attended and witnessed by senior executives from both parties, including Xiang Xingchu, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman and General Manager of JAC Group Holding Company; Qin Zhanjiang, General Manager of the Procurement Center of JAC Group Co., Ltd.; Daniele Schillaci, CEO of Brembo Group; Bogdan Bereanda, Brembo COO of the Foundation Brake Global Division; Ignacio Álvarez Troncoso, Brembo Chief Research and Development Officer; Aleksandar Gramatikov, Brembo China President and CEO. The ceremony was presided over by Ma Cuibing, Director of JAC Group Holding Company.
