- ETHICS: Behaving with integrity, honesty and respect, placing common interests before individual ones. The related values are Responsibility and Transparency.

- ENHANCEMENT: Doing our best to maximize people contribution (in terms of performance, competencies, potential and motivation) to Company goals. The related values are Care, Trust and Humility.
At Brembo, we are dedicated to promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion. We believe that a respectful and inclusive environment fosters a sense of belonging.
Our commitment to diversity and inclusion is outlined is outlined in the following codes and policies: Code of Ethics, Human Rights Policy, Modern Slavery Statement, and Non-Discrimination and Diversity Policy.
Our Policy on Non-Discrimination and Diversity is complemented by the Brembo Charter on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (Brembo DEI Charter), which encourages daily inclusive and respectful behaviors within the workplace.
We recognize and advocate the importance of diversity, strictly adhering to a zero-tolerance policy against all forms of discrimination, including harassment in any form.
We at Brembo are firmly convinced that access to any selection and employment process must be based solely on one's knowledge, qualifications, skills, performance, and motivation.
As part of the UNI/PdR 125 Gender Equality Certification process undertaken by Brembo N.V., the company collects and analyzes the needs and expectations of its stakeholders, integrating them into business processes and people-focused initiatives. This approach further promotes equal opportunities, values diversity, and enables the development of concrete actions to support inclusion and equity.
The main expectations identified aim to prevent all forms of discrimination, abuse, and harassment; ensure equal opportunities for access, development, and professional growth; guarantee compliance with pay equity principles; support parenthood; spread an inclusive culture; and promote behaviors consistent with the principles of respect, equity, and inclusion.
The main activities, projects, and processes are developed within a structured framework built around three DIVERSITY PILLAR: generation, gender, and culture. This distinction makes it possible to value the many dimensions of diversity present within the Group and to translate Brembo's commitment into concrete, measurable initiatives consistent with the Non-Discrimination and Diversity Policy and the Brembo DEI Charter.
GENERATION
Brembo values the integration and collaboration between different generations, fostering the complementary contribution of young people, colleagues with well-established experience, and senior employees. The goal is to generate an integrated dialogue, turning generational differences into a driver of innovation, learning, and belonging.
Through initiatives such as the Gen Z Forum, the strategic Pillars, and the Brembo Senior Club, we promote innovation, mutual learning, and continuity across generations.
- Gen Z Forum: an annual incubator for innovative ideas fueled by the new generations, who represent the company's future. Young people with diverse experiences and backgrounds develop and present their ideas; the most promising ones are approved and turned into new business opportunities within the framework of the 3 Pillars.
- Global, Digital, and Cool Pillars: cross-pollination between new generations, professionals, and senior managers, turning complementary perspectives and experiences into business cases and high-value solutions for the organization.
- Brembo Senior Club: valuing a community that continues to generate value even beyond an active professional career, contributing to the transfer of know-how and the continuity of company culture.
GENDER
The gender axis represents a central dimension of Brembo's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. On a day-to-day basis, the company works to ensure equal opportunities for access, development, and professional growth for women and men, countering all forms of discrimination and promoting a work environment based on respect, equity, and the recognition of talent.
This area includes initiatives aimed at raising awareness among the less-represented gender regarding STEM fields of study and career paths, as well as mentoring programs and orientation activities designed to encourage awareness, confidence, and the development of potential.
A concrete example of Brembo's commitment to gender is B Women, Brembo's first Employee Resource Group (ERG) dedicated to the women of the Group: a global, voluntary, and participatory community created to foster dialogue, networking, and the sharing of experiences, helping to build an increasingly fair, open, and inclusive work environment.
CULTURE
The third axis concerns the appreciation of the diverse cultural, professional, personal, and geographic backgrounds present within Brembo. Awareness of the value and opportunities arising from diversity is reinforced by the multicultural nature of the organization, which operates in 15 countries worldwide and engages daily with different contexts, markets, and cultures.
Brembo regards this plurality as a distinctive element and a key competitive factor. The presence of people with diverse experiences, skills, educational backgrounds, and perspectives broadens the ability to understand needs, strengthens innovation, improves collaboration, and enables a more effective response to the challenges of a constantly evolving global market.
Through these three DIVERSITY PILLAR, Brembo translates its commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion into concrete actions, helping to create a workplace that is open, participatory, and able to value the unique contribution of each person.
At Brembo, the wellbeing of our employees is a top priority. We believe that a healthy and positive work environment is essential for the success and growth of both our individuals and the company as a whole. To this end, we are implementing a "B well plan" aimed at promoting physical, mental and emotional wellbeing while creating a more bonded Brembo community where our Vision "Turning people energy into inspiration" becomes “Turning Wellbeing into Togetherness”.
We envision a strongly bonded working community by enhancing enjoyment both within and outside working hours to relieve stress and increase productivity, engagement and networking. The plan features social activities, family and community events, and health programs.
