The Brembo Academy is our corporate training school certified UNI EN ISO9001 EA37, which is also staffed by our internal trainers and certified Domain Experts, who transfer their knowledge within the Group through teaching and technical manuals.
We ensure a structured, flexible and inclusive Training and Development Offer differentiated by target population, complemented by additional tools such as individual and group coaching, mentoring and tutoring and, most recently, the Career Advisory Desk launched in Italy. The Brembo Training and Development Offer is continuously updated in content and delivery methods according to business developments and regulations, and is structured to involve everyone throughout their working life.
