Coinciding with the celebration of its 60th anniversary, J.JUAN, a leader in the development and manufacturing of braided brake lines, steering and suspension components for high-performance cars, motorcycles and mountain bike racing—has announced the opening of a new 5,000 m² production plant in Gavà (Barcelona).

Located just a few meters from its current headquarters and existing 12,000 m² production facility, this new plant is part of the company’s global strategy for growth and consolidation. It will house both production areas and office space, and is expected to be fully operational before the end of 2025.

This expansion reflects J.JUAN’s response to evolving market demands and its strong commitment to sustainability and operational efficiency. The new facility will allow the company to consolidate operations, optimize production capacity, and enhance competitiveness. The close proximity between the two plants will enable the optimization of processes, improved efficiency, and the maintenance of the highest standards in quality and innovation.

The new plant was officially inaugurated last May in a ceremony led by Daniele Schillaci, CEO of the Brembo Group. During his visit, the company presented its strategic roadmap and future plans across various departments. The event served as a key opportunity to strengthen ties with the Brembo Group and reinforce a shared vision of excellence and sustainable growth.

With more than 650 employees worldwide, J.JUAN operates not only its facilities in Gavà, but also a production plant in Jiaxing (China) and commercial offices in the United States, Japan, and India, establishing itself as a key global supplier to the automotive industry.
