Brembo is a sponsor of “Geometry, Harmony and Life. The Architecture of Andrea Palladio from the Antique to the Classic,” the exhibition at the National Museum of China in Beijing, open to the public until May 15.
The exhibition marks a significant cultural milestone, as it is the first major exhibition in China dedicated to the renowned Italian architect Andrea Palladio (1508–1580).
Brembo’s sponsorship reflects a deep alignment with Palladio’s design philosophy. Just as his architecture derived enduring beauty from rational geometry and structural integrity, Brembo’s high-performance braking systems are masterpieces of calculated engineering, dynamic equilibrium, and the perfect synthesis of form and function.
This connection is mirrored in the global recognition Brembo has received for its design excellence. The company has twice been awarded the prestigious Compasso d’Oro, considered the world’s highest honor in industrial design, for its carbon ceramic braking system and its Formula E brake caliper. Palladio and Brembo together represent a core element of Italian identity, the inseparability of aesthetic elegance and technical mastery.
Brembo’s support for this initiative is further rooted in its more than 20 years of presence in China. Brembo operates in the country with more than 2,500 people working across five production sites, a distribution center, and a research and development center located in Nanjing, Langfang, Jiaxing, Qingdao, Jinan, and Shanghai.
