Brembo expands its aftermarket offer dedicated to two-wheelers with three new solutions: the RCS24, RCS29 and RCS34 clutch master cylinder, intended for motorcycles equipped with cable clutch control; the XTRA Signature brake disc, developed for the urban segment and for those who use the motorcycle every day in city traffic and on home-work commuters. Alongside these new products for motorcycles, Brembo is entering the Side-by-Side (SSV) vehicle segment with its first dedicated braking solutions.
"With these new products, we are further expanding our aftermarket offering, providing motorcyclists with new choices and solutions capable of improving performance," said Roberto Caravati, Brembo GBU Aftermerket Chief Officer."The new RCS24, RCS29 and RCS34 clutch master cylinder allows you to choose the control response that best suits your riding style, while the new Signature brake disc in the XTRA family brings Brembo experience and quality to the everyday mobility segment. At the same time, our first solutions for Side-by-Side vehicles bring Brembo's braking experience to a new and demanding off-road segment."
All products are the result of Brembo's experience in the development of high-performance braking systems and components and confirm the brand's commitment to offering advanced technical solutions, designed to meet the different needs of motorcyclists.
RCS24, RCS29 and RCS34: three gears, three command responses
The new Brembo clutch master cylinder in the Upgrade range has been developed for motorcycles equipped with cable clutch control, a mechanical solution that is still widely used on many models. The new product transfers the customization principles that characterize the RCS Brembo family to cable-operated systems, offering a more direct and precise response.
The integrated selector allows to vary the feel of the lever, improving control, sensitivity and modulation. The range includes three versions, RCS24, RCS29 and RCS34, corresponding to as many mechanical gear ratios of the lever. The three ratios allow the motorcyclist to choose, at the time of purchase, the control response that best suits his preferences.
The cast aluminum body and the forged lever ensure high rigidity and contribute to weight containment. The integrated microswitch also guarantees full compatibility with the motorcycle's electrical functions, where provided.
Designed as a direct replacement for the original non-Brembo systems on compatible motorcycles equipped with cable clutch control, the new RCS is a premium mechanical solution for those who want a lever response closer to their riding style.
XTRA Signature: performance and character for urban mobility
Brembo also expands the XTRA family with a new brake disc developed for the urban segment and for motorcyclists who use the bike daily when commuting around the city and on commuting to work (commuters).
The new disc has larger diameters than the original equivalents, with the aim of increasing braking efficiency. The design has been studied to combine performance, safety and durability in everyday use.
Available in fixed or floating versions, depending on the application, the new Signature brake disc also stands out for its look. In the floating configuration, the Brembo logos applied to the pawls enhance the aesthetics of the vehicle, maintaining the brand's quality standards.
Brembo enters the Side-by-Side segment
Expanding into new applications, Brembo showcases their first-ever products available for Side-by-Side users, the Upgrade caliper and brake disc kits for the Polaris RZR Pro R and the Can-Am Maverick R. With the kits having been used by drivers in the Baja Aragon and the Baja 500, the Upgrade kits offer recreational SSV users the race-proven performance that is core to the Brembo tradition.
With these innovations, Brembo strengthens its presence in the motorcycle aftermarket market with three solutions developed for different needs: a clutch master cylinder that allows you to choose the response of the control; a disc designed to increase braking effectiveness in everyday mobility and two kits for SSV enthusiasts.
