The Brembo Academy is our corporate training school certified UNI EN ISO9001 EA37, which is also staffed by our internal trainers and certified Domain Experts, who transfer their knowledge within the Group through teaching and technical manuals.

 
We ensure a structured, flexible and inclusive Training and Development Offer differentiated by target population, complemented by additional tools such as individual and group coaching, mentoring and tutoring and, most recently, the Career Advisory Desk launched in Italy. The Offer is continuously updated in content and delivery methods according to business developments and regulations, and is structured to involve everyone throughout their working life. 


Alongside an annual global training needs campaign, a standardized and structured approach across the Group aimed at mapping training needs for the following year linked to business and organizational drivers, each person can choose their training path by taking advantage of the opportunity for self-enrollment in courses, and the possibility of participating in individual development paths.
